PromptDeck is designed to be private by default.

What we collect

Nothing. PromptDeck does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data or usage data. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no account.

Where your data lives

The prompts you create are stored only on your own device, using the browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local).
Your prompts are never sent to us or to any third-party server.

Permissions and why they are used

storage — to save your prompts locally on your device.
activeTab / scripting and the host permissions for chatgpt.com, claude.ai, and gemini.google.com — used only to insert a prompt you choose into the chat box of the tab you are actively using. PromptDeck does not read page content and requests no access to any other website.
